    该仪器能迅速、方便、直观的检测电导率为0.5-60s/m的各种金属及石墨等表面的微小裂纹或折叠层，并且不受金属表面的薄绝缘层如阳极化层、油漆、油污、氧化膜等影响。对平面或有规则试样能很有效的进行检测，在配有探头或其他附加夹具后，可检查凹槽边缘裂纹及内孔、锥型的内壁裂纹。仪器可同时用于非铁钢材和奥氏体金属并附有灯光报警和音响报警，还可用于金属混料分选。仪器广泛用于机械制造工业的零部件把关、飞机和发动机的维修、铁路机车的气阀（气门芯）的检测。仪器具有操作简便，性能可靠、，携带方便等特点。
